The only people that actually seemed like they cared about people's cars getting fixed right was Sally and another girl at the front. Their manager was really something else and could have seemed like he cared less about repairing the damages that were left on my car after the initial repair. The first thing that bugged me was that he has no respect and does not shake any ones hand. It took the insurance having to call him to figure out what was going on and took two weeks to get one part. In the end everything got figured out but if I knew I would have had to deal with that awful manager I would have saved my time and gone to a different service king.
