  • I sent my brand new car with 17 miles on it to get a clear bra installed on various parts of the vehicle. While applying it to the roof, they left some very faint dents between the back windows and roof. Obviously this didn't sit well. I called my trusted dent guy who said it was not possible to fix these. I then sent the picture to Jeff at Phoenix Dent who immediately responded with "no problem." I asked him again if he was sure it was possible since my trusted PDR guy said it was not possible. He said yes and we agreed to meet the following day at 2pm. He showed up at 2pm. Not 2:01PM, not 2:02PM - 2PM to the minute! He spent an hour making it look perfect. Absolutely amazed at the work this guys does. I had him come out the following day to knock out another small dent on my other vehicle which I was told would be "extremely difficult" by a BMW dealer. It took Jeff ten minutes. What I find most unique about his skills is that he can use hot glue to pull them out or the traditional method. I find most guys are good at one or the other and not both.
