My fear of driving after bombing the G1 exit test was overshadowed by my increasing embarrassment of having to bum rides. Reluctantly, I decided to try driving again and scoured the Internet for a well-reviewed driving school. I found Honours Driving School on St. Clair east of Yonge, and decided to try them.
The experience at Honours was so much better than YD. They taught me from scratch and drilled techniques into me until they became second nature. I lost track of how many times I'd parallel park in a single hour. YD told me that no driving school would guarantee that their students would pass the G1 exit. However, on my first day at Honours, my instructor promised that I would pass the test, having trained many other students pushed through the YD mill. Pass I did!
Not only that, Honours charged me *less than half* of what YD did 8 years ago!
