Yet another restaurant pretending to be "Japanese". To me the best part of a ramen is the chashu pork - slow roasted PORK BELLY, juicy, and melt in your mouth. This restaurant cuts corners by serving pan-fried HAM on their ramen - salty and hard. It's really a shame because the tonkotsu broth was decent and the noodles were pretty good. It's an embarassment to call themselves a ramen shop...
