| - Harrah's has a serious problem with their check-in process. One hour for us, two hours for our friends... And the people that work their don't care. They walk through the line and hand out water as if it's just a regular day. When I inquired with Milinda, her tag said "manager," she gave me some lame excuse that Harrah's ran at 95% occupancy and that ALL the hotels are like this. I told her absolutely not true and she got an attitude. I mean, she was pretty useless before in our need to add on a room, but now she was useless with an attitude.
Harrah's, if you're reading this, your process for checking in is broken. I will never, ever, ever book Harrah's in Las Vegas again. It's too bad because we were with family from all over the states for a yearly trip to LV and one member really touted Harrah's but we all left totally disillusioned.
Gambling is tough there also. Not enough blackjack tables open and only two $5 tables for all my older, frugal family that just wanted us all to play together. We got to play together, just not at Harrah's. Your loss.
Toby Keith's bar was closed for renovations.
