  • I was hit by flying debris kicked up from a woman who cut me off on the freeway and it crunched a sizable piece of my bumper. The kicker: it was a Sunday and I was leaving the country the following evening. I called Ultra Collision first thing in the morning and spoke to Steve who said I could bring my car by whenever. When I did, he was helpful and let me know what to expect. He was accommodating and told me I could leave my car at the shop while I was gone. He even offered to arrange transportation to the airport. I returned to the States and just picked up my car. It looks GREAT! The repairs required a replacement of one of the headlights. Steve and his team replaced the other headlight so they'd match. This could have been a headache of an experience but it absolutely wasn't thanks to this shop.
