  • Well, I just joined the club. Being around gyms the better part of my life I must say that this gym and location is one of the most top notch gyms I have ever been to. The staff was not only helpful but very knowledgeable about the equipment. I have only trained at the Harrisburg Golds for now. But will be training downtown Charlotte with in the month.....and I can't wait to. I go to the gym to workout and look at what I like as far equipment and selection of weights, not a cold room or saunas. Those are extras and would be nice but not a necessity
