  • DON'T LET ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS FOOL YOU!!!!! Yes, the seats are great and the services of having a bar is good concept as well too. But these aren't the only theaters doing this. Especially other one's that value customer relationships and service. MUST READ THIS REVIEW: Galaxy Theaters has terrible management policies and customer service. I recently took my nephew to a kids movie and with 15 minutes left in the film, a light on my phone blinked while sitting in chair's cup holder with No noise, vibration, or any disturbance to the other movie watchers. One of the theater employees happened to notice me stick my phone in my pocket in off mode immediately while this was happening and told me directly , you must leave the theater now. Note: I am aware of no phone use policy in theaters which I agree on but this situation was taking it to an extreme and was more disruptive to the audience than me turning my phone off. I tried to be reasonable and apologize but this lady must have had a foot up you know where and immediately went to get her manager to come into the theater as well who said first thing "he is calling the police if I don't leave immediately" in a threatening tone. At this point, my movie experience during the climax of the film was being ruined and everyone in the movie was looking at this guy like he was crazy - ONCE AGAIN, I'm with children in a kids movie "monsters academy"......... In the sake of being civil and not causing a scene, I agree to leave the movie without refund and being treated like a felon until I realize my car keys were in the theater. The manager got physically in my face on a power trip that I'm not allowed back in the theater and he has to get them. He comes back out with my keys saying " I'm not saving lives here, but this is my job." Understandable, but to get hostile with a customer shows lack of respect towards their viewers and if we as customers continue to give business to companies like this what does it say about our society?? I tried calling the corporate offices to make complaint about the manager who took things to an extreme I've never seen before, but like I expected, no one called me back after several messages. They simply said they have a no phone policy and that their managers behave in how they feel is appropriate... Real good corporate policy that was actually more counter-productive in this situation . I ADVISE YOU DO NOT GO HERE AND GIVE BUSINESS TO ANOTHER THEATER THAT ACTUALLY APPRECIATES CUSTOMER LOYALTY.
