  • I have come here at least a dozen times since this Starbucks is directly on my way to work. I have given up on trying to give them another chance. I always place a mobile order so that it is ready when I arrive. It is never ready and waiting for me. Upon entering the store, no one ever greets or acknowledges me. I usually have to ask for my order. 90% of the time it isn't ready, despite being well after the time it should have been ready. I usually order my drink 10-15 minutes before arriving at the store and they still don't have it ready. Today, for example, I ordered my drink at 6:23. I arrived at the store at 6:34. No one greeted me so I waited two minutes before asking for my drink. No one could find it. Finally when I told the barista what I ordered she "found" it in the drive thru window. I'm not sure why the first two times she looked there she didn't see it, or why it was even there in the first place, but it was 6:41 by the time I left the store. Nearly twenty minutes for a cup of coffee is just ridiculous and completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. I would rather go out of my way to a Starbucks that can make drinks in a reasonable amount of time than go here again.
