  • I was new to Nevada and had been to a few doctors before finding this practice, and had horrible experiences. Doctors who could care less about my medical needs or my concerns ... I contacted my insurance company and they actually found this doctor for me and they scheduled the appointment Dr Kristensen was booked pretty far out so they scheduled me with Dr F. I found the office staff to be professional, not overly kind but that's ok after all they are working lol The doctor listened to me and did a very quick referral to a specialist for me, he had actually stepped out of the room and had the office staff do the referrals while I was still being seen. That's unheard of but I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have a proactive doctor !!! I had thought I was having a stroke, couldn't walk without assistance and had severe headaches had been to the ER, had been to another primary treating doctor who told me she thinks it sounds like my brain was swelling BUT she never sent me for any tests !! Talk about being frightened! So when he sent me to a specialist right away and then in for a brain MRI, I could literally breath again as I had had horrible symptoms for a month before being seen He took his time and listened to all of my concerns. He had great bedside manners as you would hope a DR would. I'm sorry others had bad experiences in this office. I followed up my next visit with Dr Kristensen and she was very enjoyable. She also showed professionalism and listened once again to all of my concerns I'm certain I took more than my allotted time and she never made me feel rushed ALSO she had her staff do all of my referrals immediately. There was no wait the girls had it all done within 5-10 minutes. Only one had to wait until she got authorization from my insurance carrier In my personal experience it is not easy to find great healthcare any longer, so many bad experiences up to this time and I've been to this office twice now, both times there was very little wait. It was clean, they were all kind and also professional but to me, it was amazing how quickly they carried out all the doctors requests. I'm so very happy to have found Dr Kristensen and it feels wonderful to know a doctor is addressing all of my health issues. She also has a fun personality. Which is a bonus lol
