  • Do I start with the table play or the restaurant? Apparently they have no cooks who know how to cook a medium rare steak as I ordered it twice and both times it was well done. Not only the steak but also I ate breakfast here and it wasn't correct either. The service for the restaurant is atrocious. Couldn't even get my drink correct. Moving on to the table play....first off the dealers Hellen and Alison are completely incompetent. Twice Hellen took my chips when I won and got pissed when I said something about it and caused a big scene just to be proven wrong and have to fix it. She did this to other players as well. Alison doesn't speak English which is whatever however you might at least want to know what the players are saying to you when it involves the game especially when I'm playing table max hands and I call even money on a blackjack when you call for insurance and you don't do it and then you try to push. I said something about it and absolutely nothing was done about it obviously cause she doesn't speak English so I said something to the pit boss and still nothing was done. Do not waste your time here. Go somewhere where the dealers know how the game is played and they don't constantly try to fuck you.
