  • Again out of inventory. Constantly out of inventory and you cannot even special order it anymore because they have no idea when a shipment will come in. Terrible service. Not an isolated incident either, multiple visits over multiple months. And absolutely frustrating and tragic for people who have spent a lot of effort and willpower to quit real cigarettes. Shame on you for making the process so difficult. No excuses. Waste of time and money.
