  • The joy of home ownership strikes again. Tree branches. Definitely not a sexy home purchase, but necessary upkeep in Charlotte. I've used Heartwood twice in the past 4 years. As my neighbors tell me, they are the most expensive service. They are pricey, but to my neighbor's surprise, this last visit's quote was not the most expensive. I don't mind paying a fair price for quality service that gives me piece of mind. I appreciated their customer service. The arborist that came and helped me understand what is necessary and what is something to think about for the future. Not all the branches needed trimming, but the ones that did and were considered dangerous, they fit me into their schedule and within a week they were taken care of. Prompt and courteous, just what you want when you are dealing with house stuff.
