  • EASY. This company definitely deserves five stars. For me, whether its grocery shopping, buying a car, or any other service, I appreciate a business who realizes that customers want whatever it is that they're paying for to be quality, quick, and easy to understand (no fine print and hidden fees BS). I ended up buying the "PULSE" package which allows me to control my system with my iPhone, which is rad. Service was awesome. The tech and rep I worked with were mature, professional and very quick with answers to my questions. Being on time is huge to me, and they were the definition of punctuality. Installation took an hour, and it's all wireless. It covers the doors, windows, for fire and paramedic emergencies. Tech left his info for us to call him whenever we need anything- which is cool because I like to know that if I ever have an issue, I won't have to call and talk to a machine or wait on hold for 20 minutes just to be connected to some call center across the country. Lastly... Buying a home security system is too often one of those things you only consider buying AFTER you've been broken into/robbed. Do yourself a favor and do some disaster prevention by getting a system. ANY system. I recommend this one :)
