  • Started this pool building process in April. The salesman (Chris) said we could have the pool complete by Memorial Day weekend. Memorial Day weekend came and went. My 50th Birthday in May came and went. 4th of July came and went. My Mothers 80th Birthday came and went. The whole summer pretty much came and went. The owner Chuck acts like he doesn't know what his partner/salesman (Chris) is promising people. It's a con game. Bait and switch. Will update when pool is finally completed! It is now July 21. Pool is finally complete so I can now close out the re-fi on my home because they wouldn't close until the pool was complete and running! I had to pay almost 3 months of pool payments for a pool I didn't have!!! Pool is done but patio and decking is still not done. These guys don't do anything with a computer. They are old school. Which is ok until you want some receipts for what you are paying for!! Also GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!!!!!!!! They are not computer savvy.!!! Every detail!!!! They tell you one thing and make sure that they write it down!!! I had to make my own receipts for them to sign!!! Started this process in April. If I knew then what I know now I could've had this pool/patio completed myself!! I had to be the mean biatch to make sure things were done to my liking and done right. so I might as well have been the General Contractor. Once they got their money they would sub contract out the workers and only show up to get paid. The subcontractors aka the "workers" that actually did the project were great and did a good job. However, I had to supervise. They worked hard and did a great job but they don't get paid until the job is done and if the contractor/owner (who was totally unnecessary ) doesn't get paid he doesn't pay the subcontractors. Rip-off!!!!!! I made final payments to the workers directly since the owner was on vacation during final construction and I was being the General Contractor that the workers were coming to looking to get paid!! I would recommend finding your own subcontractors or workers and paying them directly because they are the ones that actually do the work. I would invest in a good electrician and gunite/plaster company. But other than that you can do the Job yourself by hiring the workers directly which is what this company does. Also they do false advertising at the "Home shows". They don't give you what they offer!!! I have already contacted the ROC. I would never do business with this company ever again!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! If you need a pool/patio You can be your own contractor is what I learned from this experience. I'll try to direct you to the workers that actually do the work.
