Bairrada's a bustling, popular spot for Portuguese, and for good reason. While they're best known for their BBQ chicken and multiple cod recipes, Bairrada has a rotating menu of weekly specials, so there's different stuff every day. I just tried the stewed goat with potatoes and rice, and it was delicious (though not the best choice if you're looking for a light meal).
This location is spun off from the first Bairrada on College (there's also another, bigger location in Mississauga). There's a dining room, as well as a separate take-out entrance off on the side which connects to the kitchen. While you're waiting for your order, you can watch them scramble about and lug huge pots of rice.
