Came in here looking for an anklet for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. The place is a cluttered mess resembling a small antique shop
When I came in I spent about 30 minutes with jay talking about what I was looking for and what my budget was. I sat through all the salesmanship shpeels he had to give me and looked through the pieces he had to show me.
He didn't have what I was looking for, and this was a I need something by tomorrow kind of situation, so jay and I narrowed down what I wanted and he said he would have it ordered and ready for me the next day. We ended our interaction that day exchanging phone numbers and said we'd talk the next day.
The next day jay didn't call as he had promised. If I had relied on him, I would have been let down and embarrassed on Valentine's Day.
Luckily for me, I went up the street to ami diamonds and jewlery afterwards just Incase jay blew me off and bought a really nice 18k white gold diamond and sapphire necklace.
I found a place to shop again and a place not to shop again that weekend.
