  • Lived in our house for 2 years. Got 1 letter from the HOA in those two years so I know they know our address. Got an email every month saying they got my payment. Never RECEIVED a single warning letter never got any sort of notice what-so-ever. My wife calls them today to ask a question and they tell us they are fining us for our lawn that we have professional landscapers we pay for upkeep and for leaving our trashcan out on a Thursday. The trash is picked up on a Wednesday. Just money grubbing a-holes. The common pool is in disrepair on an almost monthly basis and the common areas look like crap, but they want to fine me for leaving a trashcan out 1 day? I'm calling my lawyer and moving out ASAP.
