  • My dealings with Dustin were five star but compass as a whole I must say has deteriorated from when I first opened my account five or six years ago. I had recently been the victim of someone counterfeiting my company checks and I had to close my existing account and open another account with a new account number. So with that I had to buy new company checks printed along with stamps deposit slips and all the other stuff I had to purchase out-of-pocket to open this new account. So with the new account they placed limits on my ability to do mobile deposit's which were sort of kind of laughable and insulting because those limits were in the amounts as though they were personal paychecks and not of a company deposit... laughable and if I knew this I would've change my bank and now must say that I will be changing banks. This is just one of many recent issues that I have noticed with this bank. Again not to the people that work at this particular branch but by their higher ups and how they treat their customers. I am hearing very good things regarding MidFirst Bank and will take my business to them.
