  • Great food as usual! Staff was fantastic and our server was amazing! Only issue was the seating process. they took our name, had us come back after 15 minutes, and then made us all stand there for another 15 minutes (there were about 20 other groups waiting too). it would be much better to either have a buzzer option or maybe a text option. I've been to the Cheesecake factory all over the country - seating hasn't been an issue before so maybe this is new.
