  • Pho has been my favorite food since the late 90's. I probably have had pho in over 20 different restaurants over the years, and it really varies from place to place. I can honestly say that I've had one of the best bowls of pho at Pho Bosa. The only other place which is in the same league as Pho Bosa is Pho So in Richmond VA. The soup, noodles, thin slices of eye of round steak, vegetables, everything was top-notch. Don't worry about the sketchy location. The food is excellent.
