  • The lock on my car was broken and I couldn't get into it. Charles was very kind and quoted me a much better price than others I had called. He came within a hour which is how long he said he would be. He had me in my car within 5 minutes and that's only because my lock isn't a perfect square and it slipped a few times. He was kind enough to explain why he felt my lock wasn't working which was more than the other places I called did. He brought his significant other which put me at ease knowing I wasn't alone with a complete stranger. Maybe for someone else that isn't a big deal but to feel comfortable when in a frustrating situation made it all the better. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and have saved him in my phone and will use him again if the time is needed (which I hope it never will be).
