PS- After my initial review posted, the manager of The Clevelander Bar reached out to me and asked for more details regarding our experience. I was assured that the poor service and attitude of wait staff will be addressed and fixed and I received an apology.
One reason to post both positive and negative feedback IMO, is to let management know what they're doing well and where they can improve. I hope that my comments help make for a better customer experience for future guests. Thank you to The Clevelander for caring enough to want to do better.
