  • Customer service seems to be the downfall to this place. I called and made an appointment on thursday for my car to be done on the following Monday. The person on the phone booked me for 5 PM. This was a birthday gift for my husband who's birthday was the following Tuesday. I left work early on monday and arrived at tint king scarborough at 4 30pm. When I arrived there the person said they couldn't do it because they already had 4 cars in the back. I stated that I had an appointment and questioned why I wasn't contacted to be notified earlier. He couldn't answer my question. I also cannot find any customer service contact info or a head office contact. I've rescheduled with another company but unfortunately my husband's birthday gift will be late. Not happy about that. So if you're looking for a place that has zero integrity and zero respect for customers and their time, then this is the place for you. I will not be going back and sadly have nothing positive to say about this business.
