  • We came specifically for the impossible burger and were blown away! It's a vegan burger (well, I had cheese on mine because let's be real, cheeseburgers are too good) made to mimic the texture, taste, smell, and look of real meat. Amazing! Tasted delicious and exactly like meat. Definitely a unique experience! The rosemary fries were great too, with a more robust flavor than typical fries. Even the house-made condiments were really good. Very impressive, but I expected as much from such a great chef.
