  • TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We waited at the airport 20 minutes for our shuttle and then had to drive another 15 minutes to the actual car rental office. We reserved a standard size vehicle but they have us a compact (downgrade) which isn't terrible but we paid for better. And it smelled terribly of smoke. I called corporate and they said there was nothing they could do since they aren't physically here and I would have to work it out with the office. We came back the next day to change our car and they still didn't have a standard size like we reserved. Less than thrilled about our experience. I also heard the people in line behind us saying they will never use Payless again. I wouldn't even give it one star but it made me choose one.
