  • I will NEVER stay at this hotel EVER again! This is not the first time I've had issues with this hotel. I'm DONE! If I could give them a ZERO rating, I would! I'm a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed here many times. I have noticed their service, rooms and facilities have been steadily going downhill the last few months. This stay is totally unacceptable and I will NEVER BE BACK! Oh BTW, fix your Air Conditioning in room 457! I think you KNEW it was broken when you GAVE me the room!
