  • Brought my family in that we're visiting from California. Told us 5 minutes before serving entree that they ran out of prime rib, so I ordered a ribeye...we all got ONLY our meat; which was cold. They took the meat and then we just got potatoes. So then a slab of prime rib comes out; well done but the mgr insists it is pink inside...well done. What a sh*t show. I will NEVER go back nor recommend it.
