  • Service and quality has plummeted. The food was cold and the portions are small for the price. I ordered my food at the register and gave her a 20% gratuity (they have a container in clear view to beg) and no one had the decency to want to even clean off a table for me and just rudely pointed for me to get my own silverware. What was the gratuity for? Yeah okay. Never again.
