  • Got coupons in the mail so we decided to come for lunch. Waited over 20 minutes and my burger came out overdone and my bun was burnt to a near crisp. I notified an employee but they still haven't brought me a new bun or tried to resolve the issue. And I wondered why it's been years since I've been here. I'm going next door to get a poke bowl.
