Seriously bad rental agents. Unbelievable wait for anything including serious issues to be addressed. First we had an issue with no air conditioning for 4 months. Why 4 months? Because that is how long it took to get the a/c replaced. We literally could not get out of the lease without paying to terminate and so we had no choice but to move out for 8 weeks and pay rent twice until the issue was addressed.They finally replaced the entire a/c system which should have been done BEFORE we moved in because it didn't work right from the beginning .Instead, we got to live here without a/c .It got so hot it was impossible to live inside the place. Our rent is almost $2000 per month . We spent $4000 to move out temporarily and were offered compensation of $723 . Yes , 4 months of inconvience, spent 4000 moving out to avoid ill health while they dragged their feet replacing the a/c which was broken before we moved in and thats their answer- $723. We loose $3,277. As soon as the a/c unit was installed another issue crops up.A build up of years of grease in the sewer lines. Started with a toilet that backed up everytime it was flushed .IT TOOK 3 WEEKS for anyone this time to pay attention and send a plumber out. Meanwhile we could only use one bathroom in this house . Same story- lost details of service orders. Still, 3 weeks of waiting for a plumber was a big improvement from waiting 16 weeks for an a/c tech.
Plumber could only guarentee 2 months for his work since the system needs to be power flushed to be fully protected with a 2 yr guarentee. Plumber had to leave and did not get permission to clean the sewer lines so i guess we will be dealing with sewer floods in approx 2 months.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER RENTERS WAREHOUSE. PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING FROM YOUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.Slso, the inadequate $723- we never recieved it.You said you would apply this to our rent account and 2 weeks have gone by and NOTHING. Why? Why does this company make promises and fail to deliver?
