  • Terrible experience. We wanted to buy our leased vehicle in November. Every aspect of the transaction was a huge hassle AND disappointment. First they couldn't get the buy out amount straight ( we didn't want to finance through them) but rather use our regular bank. We Ended up going in... spending 3.5 hours to almost complete the deal...we financed through them and dealt with the slipperiest finance guy we have ever encountered. He was stressed-due to a sale going on...but no excuse. We were told the amount financed included EVERYTHING including tax and license. No. The aftersale gymnastics we went through to get our plates and other paperwork jammed up my husband for many hours. We almost didn't get out plates before they expired. Dealer relations at Nissan Corp. was little help. The so-called GM challenged whether I was on the prior lease (I was) and also if I was registered on the AZ PLATES (again I was). I felt like I was having a 1980s car buying experience where "the little woman" just smiles and acts supportive. So retro. I would never deal with them again. (The wholesale manager who helped us was good but he was the only thing that was okay). A zero stars would be more fitting.
