Just cancelled my membership.
Terrible customer service, every time I went to the customer service counter some meat head with a tie couldn't be bothered to answer a simple question. One responded once with "that's not my job, I have to deal with a platinum member ask someone in the front desk."
Something that was a big deal to me;
I have little ones who take swim lessons. Every time we went to the family locker room to change, there were grown men and women walking through to get to the pools faster. It made my kids uncomfortable. I address it with staff numerous of times and nothing. There was one gentleman in particular who actually used the family locker room to change and shower. Mind you there are children around. I even told him myself, there is a locker room for adults please use that one. Next day, there he was! Again I told the staff and nothing!
