  • I called to have these guys give me a bid on remodeling our back yard. The receptionist that answered was very helpful and nice. She gave my name to one of her designers, who called me back after hours about 45 min later on a friday. I was impressed with that. I called her back about an hour later, in which she did not answer - no problem, as it was after hours anyhow. I left her a message. She did not return my call after 3 days. I called again and left her a message. Again no return phone call. I tried a 3rd time, and again no return phone call. Our backyard would easily be around $10k to remodel. I heard greeat things about these guys, but I did not even get a return call back. Very disappointed in these guys service. If you don't have time, just tell me that you can't fit me in.
