  • avoid this place at all costs!! first time I came here, I had a pair of dress pants adjusted. Had to go twice because they got the measurement I asked for wrong. They offered no apologies. Recently I decided I would give them another try since I liked the final result on my pants. I brought in a blazer with a sample. They took all of 20 seconds measuring and marking. Never put me in front of the mirror or gave me a chance to assess, If I like it. Furthermore, I asked for it to be ready in 2 days and they gave me a time of 11 am to pick up. I called in when I got off work to check If it was ready. They told me will be ready around 5 or 5:30 pm. Again no apologies offered or asked me If I can make it by that time. I felt a lack of customer service overall and arrogance from the tailors. Well Paul's alteration, If you don't want my business, I will take it elsewhere!!
