  • Visited this location this evening for a play date. My kids were thrilled to come here as they have never been to a trampoline park. I find the prices a little bit ridiculous but that's just me.. When I was paying I asked the girl behind the counter about their Aerocise class and if it would be okay if I showed up with 6 people as far as availability... She responded by telling me they don't have the classes anymore.. Really??? I called last week and no one mentioned that on the phone and there website doesn't say anything about that. I asked another employee and he replied by telling me the instructor is going away to school. I'm sorry but that's a really ridiculous response. Why wouldn't you just hire someone else. I'm sure they were told to tell people that so its not their fault. I found the employees there to be very helpful and very polite. The other reason why this place gets a 3 stars is because I found the place to be really dirty. Tables were not wiped and they were so sticky.. And the chairs had crumbs all over them.. No bueno Kids places always need to be kept clean even if it means you need to be doing it periodically.. I would probably come back because it just happens to be in the right spot for play dates with other moms but if I could avoid this location I would. My kids had a great time and so will yours just make sure to bring lots of sanitizer and wipes..
