Last month I went in the bank and paid my November and December mortgage as well as the late fee for November. I was told always good to have only one more payment left on my mortgage. Last week I get a statement from B of A saying I still owe money's for the past payments. I had been adamant that I was paying the full amount as shown on the statement when I was in last month and the tellers had agreed the balance was zero. So I went in on Friday with the letter and my payment receipts and no one could figure it out. woman by the name of Megan said she would look into it I had waited over a half hour and had to leave. I was told they would call me with details. They did call but left no details just told me to call back since then I have called 12 to 15 if not 20 times always to hear that there is no one available to take the call. So today I went in and waited a while. Found out Megan is not there. Could not leave a message I complained about no one being able to respond to my phone calls. A young Hispanic gentleman just said yes it's just busy here yet when I was speaking to him two or three of his colleagues were an empty cubes/ not speaking with anyone. he simply told me to come back from mother time to speak with Megan did not seem to want to be bothered with my concern. I cannot believe the complete lack of customer service. over the years I have had repeated disappointments with this bank I would never voluntarily do business there except to finish up my mortgage. I would never recommend this to anyone. I consider them an absolute disgrace and I have been nothing but disappointed!!!!!
