Great little cafe with really great coffee. The selection is nice, though I think the coffee designations are overly complicated. I think they're there to emphasize the coffee's characteristics instead of the origin which, to most people, literally means next to nothing. But the arbitrary lettering system is a little odd.
I've never had a shot of espresso I didn't like. I usually order the Brazilian espresso. Nothing to write home about, but good and pulled just right.
Today I got to know Julian, one of the Baristas at the shop simply because he gave me a shot of their current Yirgacheffe offering that was like drinking a blueberry chocolate shake. Just fantastic! Julian was great about talking about his process and was clearly passionate about pulling his 2 ounces beautifully at all times.
This cafe caters to a wide array of coffee lovers from the Tim followers to the snobs.
My only gripe is that every time I go in there they never have coffee bags to sell.
Kudos guys and gals at Sense Appeal!
