  • Beware: our experience with them has been spotty. It takes several days to a week for them to respond to service requests. The route coordinator we have dealt with is often rude on the phone and acts like they are just "too busy" to work with us and that other customers are a priority. They recently installed a pool light that stopped working within a few days, but they have ignored our requests to return and look at it (it has been over a week since we first contacted them about the pool light they installed suddenly malfunctioned). Additionally, they over-quoted us for monthly pool service and had the audacity to blame our trees. My advice: find a company who treats all of their customers fairly and responds in a timely manner!
