We purchased a very expensive vanity from Art Bathe through DirectBuy about five years ago. One of the custom sinks in the vanity recently cracked which is frustrating to say the least, especially since we aren't unusually brutal with our bathroom sinks. I have been on the phone trying to contact anyone who can help me. I finally reached a customer service representative who told me that all of the phones in their Ontario office were down and that she would have someone call me back when they were back up. I have not heard a thing and that was a week ago. Stay away from this company. The products are lovely, but the customer service is awful.
