  • I had to make some returns today. They were a little complicated as they were on two different receipts and two different forms of payments. The young man at the Returns Desk, Jon, was as pleasant and courteous as I have ever seen. He should be cloned to operate customer service counters everywhere. I find the store bright, clean, well-stocked and with courteous, pleasant employees.
