rev:text	"Interesting" experience with these people. Family run biz; husband, wife and son. I had a problem with my irrigation unit not working just as summer was coming on hard here in AZ. Called several places to get some help before I lost my lawn entirely. To their credit, they responded quickly and were able to pay me a visit on Monday (I was calling on a Saturday) when most others were telling me they couldn't make it until Wed/Thurs. Husband and son came by on Monday a.m. and installed a new unit of the same type relatively quickly. In my opinion I was grossly overcharged, told them so and the guy told that since he brought his son out (making two of them), that was the justification. That was ridiculous as the job hardly required 2 people. The experience left me feeling like I'd been taken advantage of so a couple hours later I called them up and told them how I felt. They basically told me "tough" and in subsequent email exchanges, the wife told me I was "lying". And I have the emails to prove it. So I wrote a review on Yelp that was 100% factual (just like this review is) and next thing I know I get a letter from their attorney threatening to sue me if I didn't take the post down. Since I'm not a lawyer and don't have the time, money and resources to fight a lawsuit I took it down, but was still left with a rotten taste in my mouth from an approach I considered heavy handed and abrasive. If they had been more professional and didn't attack my veracity, I'd have let this go. But frankly I felt like I needed a shower after dealing with them. Make your own decision about doing business with these people.
