  • Pros The showroom is nice Cons Good luck getting them to show up to do repair work. They were 0 for 2 showing up for me and I wasted a Saturday morning waiting for them to not arrive. I went to this location to see about getting my pinball game repaired. I setup and appointment for the following Saturday. They said they would be there between 10-12. At 12:30 they had not showed up or called. I called them and they told me they were really busy and could not come out that day. I asked why they didn't call me to tell me so I was waiting all morning for them. They had no answer. I rescheduled and called them the night before to make sure they were still coming. They told me it was good I called because they were short a tech and could not keep the appointment. I asked them why they did not call me, especially after doing a no call/no show the first time. They said they forgot and offered to reschedule a third time. Instead of giving them a 3rd chance I called Planet 9 pinball. Nick from Planet 9 came out the next day and did an awesome job. I'd use him if you don't want to deal with multiple no call/no shows.
