  • Worst customer service ever!!! James (sales rep) fraudulently signed a receipt of mine for services I did not want and I had the proof. Courtney one of the Glorified cashiers accused me of signing the receipt. They all need to go get trained in the basics of customer service. Never would I step foot back In that store I would tell the world not to go in there. They are thieves. Thankfully the wonderful customer service people when you call up Verizon helped me deal with this nonsense. That store should be shut!
