No option for 0 stars given or that would have been my choice. Nasty, funky and old. Horrible customer service starting with front desk through management. Needs complete renovation, including staff. Smells bad, noisy noisy rooms, mold in showers, towels are gray, sheets have stains. I mean really - how disgusting is that?! Contacted management on 3 occasions going up the food chain every time to complain about the issues and was greeted by rudeness at every level. Unbelievable. If they weren't a Marriott property with point junkies, they'd be out of business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
