Check-in: I checked in at about 7 PM. There was one staff member with a long line of us all trying to check-in.. It took about 10-15 minutes.
Ambiance: the hotel is very dimly-lit; I felt a little claustrophobic.
Room: the elevators are dreadfully slow.. it took a while to get up to the 4th floor. The rooms were not impressive... Wallpaper was bubbling, there were stains on the bathroom ceiling. The A/C didn't work too well and was very loud! Walls were thin- I can hear other rooms' toilets flushing, showers running, etc.
I prepared for the worst for my free breakfast at Shula's from other reviews I've read... Perhaps that's why I found that it's not as bad as I had anticipated. Food was edible! There was a cook-to-order omlette station, along with the usual: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh fruit, bread/english muffins, etc. It wasn't the best, but I've definitely had worse. It was fully-staffed and I didn't have any problems with service.
Parking: free surface parking.
Check-out: I didn't bother.. just left.
It's not the best Hilton hotel. I think I'll opt for a different hotel next time.
