| - I moved out to Vegas a few months ago and have been trying different ramen restaurants. Ramen KoBo is by far the tastiest one I've been to.
FOOD:
Any place that makes their own noodles fresh in the restaurant is already ahead of the game but the broth is what actually matters. I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen which comes with one slice of cha shu, ground pork, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and bean sprouts. For an extra $1.50, I added an egg, which still blows my mind that ramen places will charge extra for that (minus 1 start for that). I'm used to the egg being included. Anyway, for spicy lovers who like the kick of chili but still want their taste buds, medium is perfect. Not only did I eat all the noodles, but also drank all the broth.
QUALITY:
You can't beat homemade noodles. And the broth was exactly what it needed to be. I can see how some people might complain about the saltiness but flavor of the broth is still delicious.
PRICE:
It's about $9 for a bowl of ramen and extra ingredients range from $1.50 to $3.00. They also have sides for about $5-6, and beer within the $2 range (pretty affordable)!
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Friendly staff. Two girls came to check on me periodically and refilled my water.
ENVIRONMENT:
This place is somewhat tiny so I can see it getting packed during dinner hours. There is a ramen bar and dining table area.
Overall, I will come here again whenever I'm craving ramen!
