  • Visited Pho Kim long this morning and had the worst service that I've had since going there. I've been coming here for years now since I've lived in Vegas, food is always fresh and hot and to me the best I've tasted. After being sat at our table we were broadwater's immediately our waiter did not come for at least 10 minutes to our orders, we ordered a egg rolls pho and some sodas. Food came out very shortly as did our sodas, but after that we were not asked if we needed anything else no one talked to us our whole time of being there. Someone came by to leave our check on the table, it was not our waiter as they took our bowls away from the table. I had to ask for a refill on my way out. Walking up to the counter to pay we were not greeted by the gentleman he swiped our cards and asked us about 3 times how much tip we wanted to leave have to reply that we believe are tipping cash he then relays the message on their earpiece to let them know we were leaving the tip in cash. I have never experienced anything like that before the only reason why I give this place to stars is because their food is excellent the service needs work! Not sure if I will be back
