  • I usually don't write bad reviews but this place LVAC on Sahara and Decatur need to shape up! It doesn't smell fresh when you walk in! Especially in the spa area it smells bad moldy and the dry sauna the tiles on the wall is filthy!!! Lack of maintenance and its ashamed the manager doesn't manage the facility well!!!!
