  • Everything was fine until I moved out(Besides the cock roaches).They charged me because the carpet was "stretched" and apparently not normal wear and tear. I'm sure they do it to everyone. They plan on keeping your deposit, just be aware. I have tried to contact their corporate office, with no success. Machine is set up to go to voicemail and no one has called back. Shady shady. Another Vegas company that does not value customer satisfaction, in this case to people renting. They know there will always be someone new to screw over and it won't hurt their business.
